SFA Alumni Association Awards Dinner

The evening before the main Super Centennial event, on Friday, June 5th, the SFA Alumni Association will host its first annual awards dinner at 6:30 p.m. in the Parish Hall. This ticketed event will feature a keynote speech by Louisville Archbishop Shelton J. Fabre.

Attendance will be limited. Early bird tickets will be sold for $65 each ($520 for a full table of 8) until May 1st, after which tickets will return to their regular prices of $75 for an individual admission and $600 for a full table.

Keynote Speech

The evening’s keynote speech will be given by Louisville Archbishop Shelton J. Fabre, who will be speaking on the subject of Catholic education in the modern era.

Appointed as the tenth Bishop and fifth Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Louisville by Pope Francis in 2022, Archbishop Fabre currently serves as chairman of the USCCB Committee of Domestic Justice and Human Development. He is also a member of the USCCB Subcommittee on the Catholic Campaign for Human Development; the Subcommittee for the Promotion of Racial Justice and Reconciliation; and the subcommittee on African American Affairs. Additionally, he serves as a consultant on the Pro-Life Committee.

The evening’s keynote speech will be followed by an awards presentation, the Alumni Association’s first-ever Alumni Spirit Awards. A total of eight awards will be given, one for each of eight core values held by St. Francis of Assisi School.
